Avoid negative connection count on Sphinx restart
Difference calculation can go negative when Sphinx is restarted. This makes ugly spikes in the graph.
make host/port configurable
add executable flag
Moved sphinx_* plugins from directory php/ to sphinx/ because they're made to monitor sphinx search engine.
