Puppet Backupninja

I did 3 things to get this script to work for resist.ca, I don't know if koumbit care about this, so I just toss this here:

• added an option to say that the backup might not be in /backup/host/rdiff-backup/XXX but just in /backup/host
• added a "push" backup format that just takes files that are tossed there and flag any non . file
• allowed the hostname on the server to not contain fully qualified domain name.

Its not helpful for koumbit and it might crash things (I don't know !), but I think its worthwhile to just share code.

I don't wanna assign this to myself as it is slightly political.
